Eindeutig bis Zweifelhaft | Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung, Städel Museum

2017 – Exhibition and Graphic Design

The studio was assigned to develop an overall exhibition and graphic design for the well known Liebieghaus Skulpturensammlung,
part of the Städel Museum in Frankfurt am Main.

Among the permanent presentation, the special exhibition “Between Definite and Dubious – Sculptures and Their Histories” highlights the discussed sculptures by introducing a contrasting yet complementary architectural solution.

With the aid of twelve selected objects, it offers insights into the history of the museum in the the years 1933 to 1945 and tells stories of the people intimately linked to twelve sculptures.
